I had the pleasure of knowing and working closely with Shantha in my time with IHG. He has always been a great role model to the teams he led as well as his peers. A passionate leader, great with coaching and mentoring future leaders for IHG. A strong operational background that has served him well in both city hotels as well as resorts. A humble leader that is well respected and able to command the room when he speaks. Has led many successful team transformations as well as being recognized for many of his personal and team achievements. Always had a strong desire to succeed and able to put team agenda before self. Was a pleasure to work with.
